Saint Patrick’s Day Workshop - Recommended for Ages 5-7

Artists will explore the science and symbolism of rainbows while studying color, pattern, and repetition. Using paper mâché boxes, students will design and paint layered rainbow imagery inspired by folk-art and decorative traditions, adding thoughtful details and texture throughout. Inside each box, artists will create a hidden interior design using metallic paint and touches of gold leaf, turning the space inside into a quiet, special surprise. Each finished box becomes a personal keepsake for holding meaningful objects, with a playful nod to seasonal stories and traditions to wrap up the workshop.
