Suggested Supplies for The Art of Communication

The Art of Communication includes 12+ Lessons, released over a 6 week period, starting this Fall. Each week we will meet live over ZOOM (or choose to watch pre-taped lessons at your own convenience) to learn an art skill revolving around making and designing cards, letters, and envelopes. For example, Week 1, students will be introduced to the art of Hand Lettering. Students will learn how to create a basic “bubble letter” and learn how artists turn letters into works of art while creating a well designed piece of mail to send off to a friend or family member. It’s the perfect combination of art, education, and connection!

Necessary Supplies:

Pen, pencil, paper, some heavier paper like card stock, ruler, markers, glue, crayons or colored pencils, watercolor set, any gel pens. Items below listed for ease of shopping. No need to get these exact items - use what you have on hand!

This post contains affiliate links. An affiliate link is this really cool thing where the writer can recommend tried and true items and if the reader chooses to buy that product (at no additional cost to them) the writer gets a small percentage of that sale. This program is super helpful and lets me write the blog free of popups and advertisements.

Thanks for reading and if you click through and find something of value and purchase it, much gratitude for your suPport.
